Order processing time
- In-stock products are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Printers and large devices may require additional time for preparation and packaging.
- Products or printers available for pre-order are shipped after they become available from the supplier. The expected supply date is shown on the product page or confirmed with the customer.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the city and selected carrier and is usually between 1 and 5 business days after the order ships.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping may be available for certain products or eligible orders.
- If shipping charges apply, they are calculated and displayed clearly before payment is completed.
Shipping information
The customer is responsible for entering accurate shipping information, including:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- National address
- City and region
Tajseem is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Shipping delays
Delivery schedules may be affected by:

- Supply delays from the manufacturer
In these cases, the customer will be informed when necessary.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the shipment upon delivery and confirm that the packaging and product are intact. If there is visible shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the condition.
